Mr. Jono Watkins of OnTrak Earthworx a contractor for Oak Construction Ltd. underestimated the amount of work and was only able to accomplish re-shaping the lawn/bank. The remaining tasks will have to wait for another day.

a) Clean out/fill in Japanese garden area

b) Create a new driveway (from garage entrance to orchard)

c) Install an interceptor drain (combines groundwater drainage with the interception of surface water or run-off)

d) Lay mettle around the house & driveway (Kiwi term for gravel)
