Saturday, 4th September toil recommenced for Oak Construction Ltd. attaching the Shadowclad Prime Groove (cladding) ~ fitting our Smart Wood Doors and Windows.
1. None of the windows had any flashing.
2. All 11 windows were measured incorrectly, they were too small.
3. The French doors were oversized.
4. Two of the bedroom windows (they were to be placed on each side of the french doors) now had to be reduced 50% widthwise to accommodate the french doors……it would be a further delay to fix the problem caused by Fairview Windows & Doors.
