Due to the 6 week delay of our 11 windows and one set of French doors we were brought to an impasse – grinding halt – brick wall.  The crew of Oak Construction Ltd. put down their tools and went to see a man about a dog……so we sit idle.  Fairview Windows & Doors Napier should have informed Oak Consturction Ltd. that they did not have the facilities to complete our order.  Instead they outsourced it to Fairview Windows & Doors Hamilton (who went into liquidation/receivership).  Our Building Contractor should have had the option to have another company handle it.
