Matthew, Xander and I arrived early at our 1.3150 hectares (3.25 acres).  We left the gates open so the crew from Oak Construction Ltd. could drive up to the site.  Unfortunately, nobody was able to see the address on the gate and continued merrily on their way to nowhere in particular.  

Directions on how to get to Lake Tūtira - Take the road to North Nitch. Turn left at Weehawken. Sharp right at South Stitch.
